DescriptionCannot navigate from Not Posted Transaction Report to Simple G/L Journal window
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Unschedule the Acct Server background process
   Create a Simple G/L Journal, complete it but do not post it
   Go to Not Posted Transaction report and check the record appears in G/L Journal section and if you navigate to it the G/L Journal window is opened and the following error is shown:
      "Argument is not a BaseOBObject and not a HibernateProxy it is NULL"

Test plan

As group admin role:
