0029643: User with write access to Remittance window can't Select Orders or Invoices

Description

If an user is given access to Remittance window and to Select Orders or Invoices process, he can't run this process properly: error message ERROR org.openbravo.module.remittance.ad_actionbutton.SelectOrdersOrInvoices - Error captured:
org.openbravo.base.exception.OBSecurityException: Entity FinancialMgmtFinAccPaymentMethod is not readable by the user 0DCED72D88D34FC1AAE2FA7BCF7F3219

The exception is raised in the isReceiptRemittance function of the isReceiptRemittance class

Steps To Reproduce

1) Install the Remittance infrastructure module

2) Create a role with access only to:
* Remittance window, so he can edit it (Editable Field)
* Select Orders or Invoices process
Add this role to an user.

3) Logged with the user and role in 2.

4) Create a new Remittance header and click on Select Orders or Invoices

You get in the popup window the error message ERROR org.openbravo.module.remittance.ad_actionbutton.SelectOrdersOrInvoices - Error captured:
org.openbravo.base.exception.OBSecurityException: Entity FinancialMgmtFinAccPaymentMethod is not readable by the user 0DCED72D88D34FC1AAE2FA7BCF7F3219
