Create a purchase invoice dated on 15/05/2015 to Vendor Nacional.
Select a product for instance Product A. Net Unit Price 150,00, Invoiced quantity = 1. Tax Rate used = Adquisiciones IVA 21%.
Complete and Post the invoice.
Create a sales invoice dated on 20/05/2015 to Customer Nacional.
Select a product for instance Product A. Net Unit Price 150,00, Invoiced quantity = 1. Tax Rate used = Entregas IVA 21%.
Complete and Post the invoice.
Make sure not other purchase neither sales invoice is created and post for May 2015
Go to Tax Report Launcher process window.
Select the Organization NO IVA Caja Org, Report = Modelo 303 2015 - Autoliquidación mensual de IVA
Year 2015
Period May-15
Press Input parameters.
Enter May02015 as Name of the file.
Select "Resultado Cero" check-box as purchase tax is same as sales tax.
Enter 100 in the field "Atribuible a la Administración del Estado %"
Press "Generate Electronic File".
303 tax form file will be then generated. See txt file attached.
Try to submit the file generated through this url: https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/AEAT.sede/procedimientoini/G414.shtml [^] (Formulario del modelo 303 para su presentación (Predeclaración) ejercicio 2015 (Régimen General)
Select the file.
Go down and realize that the box [46] Resultado régimen general is empty or blank and that should not be the case. It should shown 0.00. See image attached.
