fixed issue 29493: executed sync terminology and export database process

the application element of field "name" of "POS Payment Method Cateogory/Payment Method Categories" has been changed to the correct application element
synchronize terminology process has been executed

Updated the field "Date" of log client window, set as not central maintenance
Updated application elements to correct name: Device Identifier, Json, Message
New default values in AD_MENU and AD_TAB tables
