Proposed Solutionthis new taxes

(1) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -19%R (summary)
(2) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -19%R (+7%)
(3) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -19%R (-19%)

needs to be created with the same setup as below ones:

(1) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -21%R (summary)
(2) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -21%R (+7%)
(3) Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -21%R (-21%)

As withholding applicable has decreased from 21% to 19%.

but Valid from date that should be = 01-01-2015

This new issue in taxes requires a dataset change in the AEAT 190 tax form. See issue related.

Go to Tax Rate window and check if these taxes are configured right

  Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -19%R (-19%)
Check that the tax rate IDs are the same as shown in the attached file c_tax.ods and tax rate zone IDs as shown in the c_tax_zone_v2.ods

Fixed issue 29337: Add tax Prestación servicios en Canarias 7% -19%R

Summary tax and new tax rates has been added to the dataset of the
Configuración Impuestos de España. The Tax ID and Tax Zone ID of these
new taxes has been modified to be the same as the attached ID in the issue.
