0029048: It is possible to interact with background objects when Add Payment pop up is open

Description

The Financial Account > Transaction tab has an Add Payment pop up, if I click the plus icon to open the Add Payment selector, that open pop up does not block the underlying screen objects. Incorrect functional flows are allowed because of this.

Note that the greyed area does not cover the whole screen (while the rest of the available selector do)

Note also that even in the greyed area it is possible to interact with the objects, generating unexpected behaviours.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login as Openbravo user
2. Open Financial Account window
3. Select Cuenta de Banco and move to Transaction tab
4. Create a new record and select BP Withdrawal as Type
5. Click the plus icon on the Payment field to open the Add Payment selector
**First issue: Note that the greyed area does not cover the whole screen (see attached screenshot)
6. Click the Save button in the Financial Account tab
**Second issue: The button can be clicked even it is in the greyed area (see attached screnshot). This action will also create an "org.openbravo.base.exception.OBException: @APRM_INVALID_TRANSACTION@" message in application log.

Alternative Scenario (the expected behaviour of selectors)
1. As Openbravo user, open Sales Invoice window
2. Create a new record
3. Click the Business Partner icon to open the selector
4. Check the greyed area behind the selector (it covers the whole screen)
5. Try to click any underlying object (it is not possible)
