Totals for Tax Base and Total Document Amt does not make sense in the summary sections

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Create a Purchase Invoice with a Tax Rate with Summary Level = 'Y' (for example, Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21%)
   Launch the Multidimensional Tax Report for the Organization and date of the invoice, Tax Type = 'Tax' and Transaction Type = 'Purchase/Payments transactions'
   Check the sum of Tax Base column is duplicated
