0028926: "Actual Payment" field from "Add Payment" popup writes wrong values after losing focus
Deleting "Actual Payment" field value and losing focus of that field, induces a wrong behaviour after recovering focus and writing some amount.
After recoving focus, the first digit that you introduce will create automatically to be followed by ".00".
This behaviour induces some instabilities in automated tests.

Login ERP as Openbravo/openbravo.
Use F&B Group Admin role.
Go to "Sales Invoice" window.
Select a record whose "Document Status" is completed and its "Payment Complete" value is No.
Click "Add Payment" process button.
Click "Actual Payment" field. Delete its value and click lose focus. (For example, clicking in "Reference No." field).
Click again un "Actual Payment" field and try to write 22 (not using 'paste' action). You will see that after introducing first digit, ".00" is wrongly added.sc
