Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role,
Create a new product
Introduce a new Costing register: España - Cost: 5, warehouse: blank


Go to Goods REceipt:
select the product created before.
qty: 100
Complete it.

Go to Transactions tab of the Product window:
  select the transaction created before.
  Click on Manual Cost Adjustment button
Accounting date: today + 20 days
transaction cost: 550

Realise that the Costing background finishes succesfully.

Go to Valued Stock Report:
date: today
the values are correct

Launch again the Valued stock report:
date: Today+20days+1 day

Realise that the qty is 200, and it is wrong. It should be 100
