Steps To Reproduce

As system admin role:
   Create a new client with the Initial Client Setup. Do not apply any dataset
As group admin role:
   Create an legal with accounting organization and apply the Standard Document Types and Taxes datasets
   Set it as ready
   Create an legal with accounting organization and apply the Standard Document Types and Taxes datasets
   Set it as ready
   Go to Enterprise Module Management and check the dataset of the module can only be applied to *
   Apply it
   Check only the taxes and documents types of one organization have been included in Invoice Register Book - Invoice Register Book Setup tab
