Proposed SolutionCreation of a new module named "Configuración Impuestos de Libro Factura 2015 IVA de Caja" which besides current/existing tax rates, should also include below tax rates for:

(1) Received Book setup:
Arrendamientos 21% -20%R (pagos) (+21%) IVA de Caja
Prestación servicios nacional 21% -19%R (+21%) IVA de Caja

(2) Sales Book setup:
Arrendamientos 21% -20%R (cobros) (+21%) IVA de Caja
Servicios prestados nacional 21% -19%R (+21%) IVA de Caja

Configuración de Impuestos para el Libro de Facturas and Configuración IVA de Caja para el Libro de Facturas modules have been included instead of Configuración de Impuestos para el Libro de Facturas 2014 and Configuración IVA de Caja para el Libro de Facturas 2014 modules, in order to have the configuration from any year

Fixes issue 28716: New taxes to include in dataset

Dataset for 2015 has been created with the same taxes from 2014 and some new needed ones.

Also, datasets from any year (2014 and 2015) will be included in this module, in order not to have a different module for each year configuration.
