Steps To Reproducen/a
Proposed SolutionCreation of a new module named "Configuración Impuestos de Libro Factura 2015" which besides current/existing tax rates, should also include below tax rates for:

(1) Received Book setup:
Arrendamientos 21% -20%R (pagos) (+21%)
Arrendamientos 0% -20%R (pagos) (+0%)
Prestación servicios nacional 21% -19%R (+21%)
Prestación servicios nacional 0% -19%R (0%)

(2) Sales Book setup:
Arrendamientos 21% -20%R (cobros) (+21%)
Arrendamientos 0% -20%R (cobros) (+0%)
Servicios prestados nacional 21% -19%R (+21%)

Fixes issue 28715: New taxes to include in dataset

Dataset for 2015 has been created with the same taxes from 2014 and some new needed ones.

Also, datasets from any year (2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015) will be included in this module, in order not to have a different module for each year configuration.

Este módulo contendrá todos los datasets de configuración de impuestos de los años correspondientes.
