DescriptionNo records are created in Unit Cost Tab when launching Reset Unit Cost Process with the Organization field empty.
Steps To ReproduceLaunch Reset Unit Cost Process with Organization field empty.
Go to Product Window.
Select any Product that is Item and Stocked and check the Unit Cost tab.
Realize that it is empty, where it should be not.

Fixes Issue 28544.

In Reset Unit Cost Process, now takes into account that Organization
parameter can be null in a Query.
