Summary0028458: [RR14Q3.3] There is not enough cash available. message appears even for the normal receipt
Description"There is not enough cash available." message appears when the cashier try to receive amount from customer for the normal receipt when there is negative amount in the cash counter
Steps To Reproduceprecondition: create a scenario where there is negative amount in cash counter.

1) create a receipt with gross amount >0
2) Then try to pay the receipt using cash payment method.


System wrongly throws "There is not enough cash available." error message
