DescriptionRequire at least one value flag for instance atributtes, is not working properly
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role,
 Go to Attribute Set window,
   create a new one:
     ORg: España
     Name: TEST
     Require at least one value: Yes
     Expiration date: Yes
  Save it.
 Go to Product window,
   create a new one for Org: España and assign it the Attribute created before.

Go to Goods Receipt window,
   create a new for Org: España
 Go to lines tab:
   select the product created before.
   Open the Attribute Set Value popup and do not fill the expiration date. Click on OK button .
   Movement qty: 7
   Save it.
Complete it.

You can do it without any problem and you are not introducing any value.

Every instance attributes (Lot/Serial Number/Expiration Date) should be always mandatory

Fixed bug 28440 Require at least one value flag for instance atributtes is not working

If Require at least one value flag is true Lot/Serial Number/Expiration Date
should be mandatory in Attribute Set selector

Related to issue 28440: Code review changes

If the 'Cancel' button is clicked, the pop up should be closed irrespective
of mandatory fields are filled or not.
