Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
 Go to Warehouse and Storage Bins windows:
     Create a new warehouse:
        Name: TEST
        Organization: España
Go to Return from Customer:
   Organization: España
   Business Partner: Hoteles Buenas Noches
Click on Pick&Edit button and select any goods shipment.
Complete it.

Go to Return Material Receipt:
   Organization: España
Realise that the warehouse selector is showing the Warehouses on hand and that is wrong, it should appear all the warehouses defined for that organization and its childs.

Then, check in the Pick&edit popup that the storage bins available are those ones that belong to the warehouse on the document's header

Fixes Issue 28417: Warehouse in Return Material Receipt properly filtered.

The warehouse selector in the Return Material Receipt window is not filtering any more by warehouses on hand. The filter expression on On Hand Warehouse selector has been modified to fix this problem.
