| Summary | 0028319: receipt is not hidden when payment is printed twice and hardware manager is not available | ||||
| Description | when a receipt is printed twice (because the payment method is configured with this option) and the hardware manager is not available, then, when the message "Printer and display are not available. There was an error when printing the ticket. Do you want to try to print again?" is displayed, if you click out of the msgbox, then the message is hidden and the receipt continue displayed | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | . configure in backend, the preference "return print once" to false . configure in backend, in pos terminal window a incorrect hardware url (for example: http://55.55.55.55:8090/printer [^]) . go to POS . do a return receipt . paid it . message "Do you want to try to print again?" is displayed . click out of the box message . message is hidden but receipt continues in the screen | ||||
