Fixed in revision 4152.

Updated CryptoUtility class to encode and decode the password before saving in the DB. This is required to ensure the string being decoded is the correct length. Updated send mail and Email classes to tidy up the message handling to return more meaningful messages to the user after processing the email addresses.
