DescriptionStabilization: Smartbuild could delete the contents of the WebContent/js/gen directory

This is causing users to have updated versions of client applications when there has been a change in the javascript files of the server
Steps To ReproduceRun the WebPOS
Verify that the WebContent/js/gen directory has retail files
Run smartbuild
Verify that the WebContent/js/gen directory has still the same files

Proposed SolutionAs the contents of the directory are not present the first time the application starts and the contents may be outdated, we could remove the content of the directory

Same behavior could be expected for install.source and related ant tasks
