Intrastat module needs to be refactor to properly work in Openbravo 3 instances running in Oracle.

n/a
Intrastat module is not working with Oracle database because:

- Mutant tables in triggers
- bugs when completing an Intrastat invoice

This module requires a refactor so it properly works in Openbravo 3 instances:

- High Priority: Some fields required by Intrastat are hidden in Openbravo 3. Patricia has more details

- Normal Priority: The child tabs contain references (fields) to parent tab or to the Client, which don't follow Openbravo 3 "style"

- Minor Priority: Some of the code that is currently developed in triggers should be moved to EventEntityObservers, which would make it easier to develop country specific extensions. (Remember that we developed it in 2.50 when EventEntityObservers didn't exist).
