Description | When you are in offline mode, and an approval is required, users does not appear to choose them. You can type the right credentials and get your action approved, but no users are shown. (Check the image). | |||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | I assume that you are using CMS-1 terminal. Setting approval: In POS backend, log in as Openbravo/openbravo. Use "The White Valley Group Admin" role. Go to Preference window and create a new record: - Organization: Central Mountains Store Property: Web POS Remove Receipts Approval Value: N Visible at Client: <blank> Visible at Organization: Central Mountains Store Visible at User: <blank> - Create another record: - Organization: Central Mountains Store Property: Web POS Remove Receipts Approval Value: Y Visible at Client: The White Valley Group Visible at Organization: Central Mountains Store Visible at User: Demo User - *Configuration done* Go to POS login screen. Login as demouser/openbravo. Logout from POS menu. Login as centralmountains/openbravo Get offline. (Disconnect from your network) Click browse button and choose 1 "Adhesive body warmers" Then click the bin to remove the receipt. Approval requirement will appear. You must realise that users do NOT appear. You can type demouser/openbravo and you are able to get that approval. | |||||||||||
