Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
Go to Preferences window:
it is necessary to configure a preference named RM Allow Orphan Line.
Value Y.
Log out and Log in

Go to Return From Customer window,
 create a new register.
Click on Insert Orphan Line.
Realise that Net Unit Price is mandatory but as you can read in the wiki:

http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Return_from_Customer#Lines [^]

Net Unit Price: It can be left blank. In that case the system calculates the price based on the price list defined in the header of the document.

Also, if you check the code RMInsertOrphanLine.java the situation is under control.

Test Plan
- Login as F&B International Group Admin.
- Go to Preferences window: Configure a preference named RM Allow Orphan Line with value Y.
- Log out and Log in
- Go to Return From Customer window, create a new record.
- Click on Insert Orphan Line.
- Check that Net Unit Price is not mandatory.

Fixes Issue 28064:Net Unit Price parameter in Insert Orphan Line window should

Unit Price is marked as mandatory = No in the parameter definition
