Summary0027900: It is not possible to enter a fix backdated from date while creating and validating a new costing rule
DescriptionIt is not possible to enter a fix backdated from date while creating and validating a new costing rule
Steps To ReproduceIn QA Testing client go to Coting rule window.

Create a new one for Spain. Select checks "Warehouse Dimension" and "Backdated Transactions fixed". Press the button Validate Costing Rule.

Realize that there is no chance to enter a fix backdated from date.

In case there is a costing rule already validated, Fix Backdated Transactions process button allows to enter that date. That is not the case while creating a new costing rule.
Proposed SolutionBackdated from date should be costing rule starting date.
