Summary | 0027819: Raised error message is not clear enough
Description | I've received a message saying "The local database needs to be reset, but it contains critical data" As an error message is not useful for an end user facing it. It does not state what was the action that created the problem, it does not explain in a non-developer language what the problem is, it repeats in both title and description the same message and does not offer a tip to let the user figure out a solution.
Steps To Reproduce | I have no idea how it showed up, probably after checking local_db data for another issue.
Proposed Solution | Improve the message so an end user could understand it, or remove it and replace it by a log message if there is nothing that a user can do about it.
