Summary0027798: If there is an error message in "Create from shipment" popup, the error div creates an unnecessary scroll in the popup
DescriptionWhen an error message appears in "Create from shipment" window, it moves the other divs down and it creates a scroll.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a sales order with some products and book it.
Go to Goods Shipment - Header -> Save a record there.
Then click "Create Lines From". In that window, you will have the "Business Partner" field filled. Then select the order in "Order" field. Click OK (without selecting warehouse). An error message appears that moves the divs down.

After applying the fix for 0027797, this is issue is not reproducible anymore.

After checking the issue in the repack (3.0.25012 version), I have seen that this issue is still happening.
To reproduce this you only have to:

Create a sales order with some products and book it.

Not a regression, but an old issue, which is reproducible or not depending on the server configuration (I'm not able to reproduce it on my localhost, but I do on live builds q2.6, q3.1 or even mp31)
