DescriptionActual payment default value is not calculated in Add payment process when opened from Financial Account window when working with comma as decimal separator
Steps To Reproduce-Edit Format.xml file to set "comma" as decimal separator for prices reference
-Go to financial account, select bank account-1 and navigate to transaction tab
-Create a new transaction and click in '+' button in payment selector
-Notice that actual payment default value is not calculated
