Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
 Go to Product window,
   Create a new one
 Go to Goods Receipt window
   Create a new one for the new product
   qty: 10 units
 Complete it.
 Go to Goods Shipment window,
   Create a new one for this product
     qty: 5
 Complete it
 Go to Return To Vendor window,
   Select the Goods Receipt created before
   Returned qty: 10
 Comple it
 Go to Return To Vendor Shipment window
  Select the same Return to Vendor line
  the system populates you: 5 units
 Complete it.
 Create a new one and realise that the line pending to be returned is 5 units, but without storage bin...(there is not enough stock)

Check it, and realise that you can do it, but you will receive an error when you try to process that return to vendor shipment, because there is not storage bin defined.
Proposed SolutionThe Pick and Edit Lines of Return to Vendor Shipment should populate this line without stock, but should be read only, and if you try to select it, a message should appear: not enough stock.

Test plan used:
1- Login into Openbravo ERP
2- Go to Product window, create a new one
3- Go to Goods Receipt window. Create a new one for the new product with qty: 10 units
4- Complete it.
5- Go to Goods Shipment window. Create a new one for the same product with qty: 5 units
6- Complete it
7- Go to Return To Vendor window
8- Create a new one. Run pick and edit lines process and select the Goods Receipt created before. Returned qty: 10
9- Book it
10- Go to Return To Vendor Shipment window and create a new record.
11- Run pick and edit lines process and select the same Return to Vendor line: the system populates you: 5 units
12- Complete it.
13- Create a new one and realise that the line pending to be returned is 5 units, but without storage bin...(there isn't enough stock)
13- Now when you select the line an error message is shown and Ship Qty field has a read only behaviour.

Fixed bug 27626: Pick and Edit should not accept those products without stock.

The Return to Vendor Shipment Pick and Edit smartclient window now only lets create lines of products with stock.
Smartclient javascript window was modified to show an error message when selecting a line without storage bin defined, in this case also ship qty field will have a read only behaviour.
