Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Sales Order, book it and generate a Direct Picking List to Customer from it
   Navigate to the associated Goods Shipment
   Check you can edit both header and line and you can also process it

If you remove the goods shipment from the goods shipment window and then the picking list header, the Is In Picking List field of the sales order is not updated and it cannot be included in a new picking list anymore
