Summary0027524: Avoid 20 tills opened at the same time
Description20 tills opened at the same time.
Steps To Reproduce* Login into a terminal
* In the Open till window enter the cash counted and tap "Done"
* The "Good Job" appears partially hidden,
* Tap "Done" several times.

Each time "Done" button is pressed a new till is open.
Proposed SolutionAvoid that the user taps on "Done" once the "Good Job" dialog appears and also place properly the dialog

It also can be reproduced with the following steps:

* Login into a terminal
* In the Open till window enter the cash counted and tap "Done"
* Close the "Good Job" dialog tapping on the cross, not on the OK button.
* The count cash window does not desapears then tap "Done" several times.
