0027480: It would be fine to have the option to cancel an outbound picking list

Description

It would be fine to have the option to cancel an outbound picking list.

Also have provision to 'Delete' picklist line in case of "Outbound Picking List".
& this functionality should also support when multiple lines are selected.
( we have this functionality for "Direct Picking List", but it does not support
multiple lines)

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Define a storage bin as outbound
   Create a sales order for that warehouse, book it and generate an outbound picking list
   Navigate to the Warehouse Picking List and check there is no option to cancel it at once (in order to delete the associated Goods Movements and Stock Reservations)
