Summary0027377: Toolbar buttons are not updated after loading the grid data
DescriptionToolbar buttons are not updated after loading the grid data. Its availability should be updated because some of those buttons will only be enabled if the grid is not empty (i.e. the Export to CSV button)
Steps To ReproduceAs System Admin:
- Open the Grid Configuration as System Level window
- Create a new record and check the Lazy Filtering on Grid flag.
- Open the Unit of Measure window. The grid is not loaded and the Export to CSV toolbar button is disabled. This is OK, as this button will only be enabled if the grid has data.
- Refresh the grid. The grid now has data but the Export to CSV button is still disabled. This is wrong.
Proposed SolutionUpdate the state of the toolbar buttons after loading the grid.

Now the toolbar buttons are updated each time the grid loads data.
