DescriptionThe "Defaults" section[1] in General Ledger Configuration documentation should be put up to date. For example, the following accounts are not present:

- Bad Debt Expense Account (Baddebtexpense_Acct)
- Bad Debt Revenue Account (BadDebtRevenue_Acct)
- Allowance For Doubtful Debt Account (Allowancefordoubtful_Acct)
- Doubtful Debt Account (DoubtfulDebt_Acct)
- Cash Book Asset (CB_Asset_Acct)
- Cash Book Differences (CB_Differences_Acct)
- Cash Transfer (CB_CashTransfer_Acct)

Cash Journal related accounts (Cash Book Asset, Cash Book Differences and Cash Transfer) needs to be removed from Defaults tab as those ones belong to the old payables and receivables flow.
