Steps To Reproduce-Go to Web POS and print a ticket
Verify that you can see
DAte & time 25-07-2014 15:30

If you open again the ticket and you print it using menu entry "Print this receipt", you will see only the date

The are 2 problems:
-we are not printing the time in template printclosedreceipt.xml
-we are not saving the time of the ticket in any place and order date in the ERP is without time so we will save it in another place.

Fixes issue 27263: We are not displaying the time when we print a closed ticket
Load the creationDate from the server, the creationDate contains the exact time the ticket was created

Please fix also that when you load the ticket the time is 00:00.
Steps:
-create a ticket and pay it
-using receipts menu entry load the ticket
-verify that the time is 00:00
