"Los profesionales que el año anterior obtuvieron rendimientos salariales inferiores a 15.000 euros pueden desde el pasado 5 de julio fijar una retención en el IRPFdel 15% en sus facturas frente al 21% vigente. La normativa aprobada en Consejo de Ministros y que ayer convalidó el Congreso con los votos a favor del PP establece que para aplicar el tipo del 15%, los “contribuyentes deberán comunicar al pagador de los rendimientos la concurrencia de dicha circunstancia"
Steps To Reproducen/a
Proposed Solution(1) To create a new Business Partner Tax category, named "Servicios Profesionales Reducido RDL 8/2014 - UUID = 6013C4D520BC4E95B1C69B391129E61B. See excel sheet attached.


(2) To create below tax rate related to above explained tax category.
Prestación servicios nacional 21% -15%R
UUID = 82D439DA471E406286B04CE36079381B

Prestación servicios nacional 21% -15%R (-15%)
UUID = 3C233BC5CAF54A39AD3F778438A67063

No change required. Issue closed.

This change implies there are more than one tax rate valid, therefore the proper tax rate is not selected by default but the very first one which is not correct.

Nobody from our customers has requested us to make this change as it impacts only professional third parties who had a very low business value during 2013.

Issues related below closed as well as no change is going to be implement finally.
