Summary0027072: add flag to OBGrid to check when data is fetched
DescriptionImplement a flag in OBGrid to determine when data has been completely fetched and drawn. The purpose of this flag is to be used by Selenium test cases so they won't need to do sleeps but they will just check this new flag.
