Duplicate records could be created in Widget Class Access, View Implementation and Process Definition tabs of Role window

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Go to Role window and select a record
   Add an already existing record in the Widget Class Access tab
   Check you could save it
   The same happens in the View Implementation and Process Definition tabs
   Try to repeat the process in any of the other tabs and check the record could not be saved
