DescriptionDescription:
If I create a File Format with the same name as an existent one, I get the message "Unique key repeated.You may check the data". The message should be changed to "Already exists a File Format with the same name. Please provide a different one."

Not the correct solution.
You have to create a new AD_MESSAGE with the search key the constraint name.
