Steps To Reproduce-Create a ticket
-Press in "+" button 10 times as soon as possible
-before the total is updated, press in total and pay the order

The ticket will be created with 0 total.

We should avoid to be able to click the total while users are_
-changing qty
-changing price
-changing discounts
