DescriptionIt is possible to delete a Permanent register in the Costing tab, under some circumstancies
Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
Go to Product window:
   select any product with Costing registers.
Go to Costing tab,
   uncheck the Permanent flag of any.
Remove it.

That should not be possible, you can not delete a Permanent register.

Fixed bug 26860: It is possible to delete a Permanent register in the Costing tab

Changed the ispermanent column read only logic to make the field Permanent read only when is checked.
