Not a regression, already looked strange in previous versions.

Is there ant example on old releases where this worked? How is the expected behavior? We should decide how to design a solution for this:
a) Don't solve, just take off the payments breakdown section
b) take off the payment breakdown section but show a button instead to open a modal or pop up showing the payment information.
c) ...Any other solution will be welcomed.

Tested in rev 3690 of retail.posterminal
This solution is considered better than it was before but two scroll bars are shown when it should be only one (the inner one)
