Hide the current Organization | Period Control tab. Rename it to Period Control Old.

Create a new Period Control tab based on the Open/Close Period Control window. It will be shown only when Allow Period Control = Y.
It will show only the records that belong to the selected organization & calendar
It will contain the Documents subtab too.

Fix issue 26691: Period control should be hidden.

Hidden Period Control and new Period Control tab based on Open/Close Period window.
