0026675: Create Price List process picks wrong costs for a PL version based on cost if the base version is the price list version itself
When creating a price list version of a price list based on cost, if the selected base version equals the price list version itself, the new product prices are obtained from the price list version itself instead of taken from the product||costing tab as they should.
1. Create a Price List Schema. Create a price list schema line and set Base List Price and Base Unit Price as "Cost". Set the margin % to something different to zero.
2. Create a new Price List and set it as "Sales Price List" and "Price list based on cost".
3. Create a Price list version. Select the previously created schema as Price List Schema.
4. Add some product prices, either manually or creating them from a different price list version.
5. Set/Change the base version to be the version itself.
6. Run the Create Price List process.
7. Unit and list Prices in the Product Price are calculated from the prices defined in step 4.

Expected result: Product prices should have been calculated based on costs taken from product||costing
Modify the process to take into account the case where the base version equals the price list version and the price list is defined as "price list based on cost"
