Summary0026660: Read Only tabs are editable when tab level is 2
DescriptionRead Only tabs are editable when tab level is 2.

This is reproducible in PI but not in Q2.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Sales Order Window and select an order.
Go to Payment Plan tab and select a record.
Go to Payment details tab and check that records are editable in this tab.

If you loggin as system administrator and if you check the definition of 'Payment Details' tab, you'll see that the tab is defined as 'Read Only'.

Fixed issue 26660: Read Only tabs are editable when tab level is 2

Lazy loading was not taking into account readOnly logic
readOnly logic added on initWidget only for lazy loaded tabs
