DescriptionThe exchange of the sum of amounts is different from the sum of the exchange amounts, inserting small quantity differences in the financial account
Steps To ReproduceIn the Web POS
. add 1x Avalanche transceiver (150.50€). finish the ticket
. add 1x Avalanche transceiver (150.50€). finish the ticket
. run the cashup
. verify that the USA cash in total deposits is 395.62USD and the rest of quantities are 395.63USD
. verify that the cashup in the backend is filled this different info


Approaches to this issue:

1. add 1x Avalanche transceiver (150.50€)
 . click total amount, click USA cash. verify that the exchanged quantity is $197.81

2. add 2x Avalanche transceiver (301€)
 . click total amount, click USA cash. verify that the exchanged quantity is $395.63

Related to issue 26469 and related to issue 26470: It seems we include removed and unnecesary code in one merge.

We remove calls to setIgnoreStep3 and convertExpected because we already do this in the callback. Those calls need to be in the callback because after cashup refactor(saving cashup info in localStorage) we do an asynchronius call.
