| Description | System wrongly shows Reactivate Quotation option, when the Web POS action reactivate quotation preference not set for the manual user. But once the user clicks the option "Reactivate quotation" there is no response from the system. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Steps to crate manual user name: Manual_user Login into ERP System: "Username": Openbravo "Password": openbravo Change the role as “The White Valley Group Admin” Navigate to User window (General Setup || Security || User) Create a new record (Ctrl + D) To create a new user, enter the below user details • Client: The White Valley Group • Organization: * • Name: Manual_user • Username: Manual_user • First name: • Last name: • Password: openbravo Click Ctrl + s to save the details Then navigate to POS Terminal Access tab Click Ctrl + D to add a new record then enter • POS Terminal: VBS POS Terminal Click Ctrl + S to save the details 1b) creating a manual role and assigning to manual user: Navigate to Role window (General Setup || Security || Role) Create a new record by clicking the hot keys Ctrl + D To create a new user role, enter the below user details • Client: The White Valley Group • Organization: * • Name: POS User Role • User level: Organization • Manual: Checked • Restricted Backend access: Checked Click Ctrl + s to save the details Then navigate to Org Access tab Click Create one link to add new record • Organization: Vall Blanca Store • Organization Administrator: No Then navigate to User Assignment tab Click Create one link to add new record Then select below details • User/Contact: Manual_user • Role Administrator: Unchecked Then navigate to Form Access Click Create one link to add new record Then select below details • Special Form: Web POS Click Ctrl + s to save the details 2) Then created a preference not to have access to "Web POS action create new quotation" • Client: The White Valley group • Organization: Vall blanca Store • Property List: checked • Property: Web POS action create new quotation • Value: Y • Visible at client: The White Valley Group • Visible at organization: Vallblanca Store • visible at User: Manual_user 2b) Then created a preference not to have access to "Web POS action reactivate quotation" • Client: The White Valley group • Organization: Vall blanca Store • Property List: checked • Property: Web POS action reactivate quotation • Value: N • Visible at client: The White Valley Group • Visible at organization: Vallblanca Store • visible at User: Manual_user 3) Login as manual_user in web pos 4) Then click "Create Quotation" option, and add any product to the Quotation 5) To complete the quotation click total amount. verify the status changes from "Quotation - Draft" to "Quotation - Under Evaluation" 6) Click the drop down menu and verify the Reactivate quotation option Defect: System wrongly shows Reactivate Quotation option in the drop down menu Note: once the user clicks Reactivate Quotation option there is no response. | ||||
