Summary0026199: when trying to post a Work Effort with total cost = 0, the Post status should be "Disabled for Accounting"
DescriptionWhen trying to post a Work Effort with total cost = 0, the Post status should be "Disabled for Accounting"
Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
configure the Production management: Process Plan, Products as Production, Activity.

Create a Work Requirement
Create a Work Effort related to that Work Requirement. Do not select a Cost center version in Production Run tab, in that way the cost of that Work Effort will be 0.
Complete it and post it. Realise that the status posting of that Work Effort will be 'Posted' but should be "Disabled for Accounting"

Test Plan
- Login as F&B Internation Group Admin role.
- Configure the Production management: Process Plan, Products as Production, Activity.
- Create a Work Requirement
- Create a Work Effort related to that Work Requirement. Do not select a Cost center version in Production Run tab, in that way the cost of that Work Effort will be 0.
- Complete it and post it.
- Realise that the status posting of that Work Effort will be "Disabled for Accounting"
