The tax rate "Inversión sujeto pasivo no UE exento" needs to be related to below 347 tax parameter:

Modelo 347 2014 - Declaración anual de operaciones con terceros - Operaciones con terceros - Prestación de servicios - A -

Same applies to tax rate "Inversión sujeto pasivo UE exento" as this kind of transactions are not included in tax form 349, therefore should be included in 347 tax form.

Above two ones need to be flagged as "operación con inversión del sujeto pasivo", review the specs here:
