DescriptionDivision by zero error calculating manufacturing transactions cost
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role,
   Go to Product window:
      select one and check it as Production
      Define the Storage Bin in the Manufacturing tab
   Create a Manufacturing Cost Center and version
        Unit: per hour
        Cost: 8
   Create a Process plan
      P+: the product configured before
      Component Cost: 0
   Go to Work Requirement window:
      select the production plan
 Process it. Realise that the component cost is 0

Go to Work Effort window,
  Launch the production for the work requirement created.

Launch the costing background process, check the Process Monitor window: Division by Zero error appears.

Proposed SolutionIn the MA_PRODUCTION_COST: in case that the v_CompCostSum variable is 0, the cost of the produced product (P+) should be 0.
