DescriptionRich Text Fields are not displayed properly when setting colspan and rowspan to be 1.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a new Rich Text Field
2) Set 1 to colspan and rowspan
3) Notice that the field is taking all the available colspan in form view

Fixed issue 26013: Rich Text Field is not displayed properly when colspan is 1

Smartclient sets colSpan by default to fill a whole row, this would not allow to set the colSpan as 1
