Summary0026000: There are new tax rates that need to be related to a new 390 tax parameter
Description(1) The tax rate: "Adquisiciones intracomunitarias exentas" needs to be related to a new 390 tax parameter, that is:

Modelo 390 v 2014 - Declaración anual de IVA - Operaciones específicas - Adquisiciones intracomunitarias exentas

The purchase tax base amounts linked to this tax rate needs to be shown in the 390 tax box (109)


(2) The tax rates: "Inversión sujeto pasivo no UE exento" and "Inversión sujeto pasivo UE exento" need to be related to the 390 tax parameter:

Modelo 390 v 2014 - Declaración anual de IVA - Operaciones específicas - Servicios localizados en el territorio de aplicación del impuesto por inversión del sujeto pasivo

The purchase tax base amounts linked to this tax rate needs to be shown in the 390 tax box (523)


(3) And the tax rate: "Prestación de servicios no sujetas" needs to be related to a new 390 tax parameter, that is:

Modelo 390 v 2014- Declaración anual de IVA - Volumen de operaciones - Operaciones no sujetas por reglas de localización o con inversión del sujeto pasivo

The purchase tax base amounts linked to this tax rate needs to be shown in the 390 tax box (110)
